We manufacture and export Worm Reduction Gear Boxes made of fine graded Cast Iron. These Worm are made from nickel alloy steel, case hardened and precision ground surfaces. Worm Wheels Rims are made of Aluminum, Bronze and Phosphorous Bronze (PB2C) casted on Graded Cast Iron hubs. The worm gears are hobbed with multi start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity. All these internals are supported on high quality Ball/Roller Bearings designed for life under Grease/Oil Splash Lubrication. These are highly demanding in the market, as hardened and ground worm drives are provided to cater various requirements of clients.
